Cryptid is a solo journaling TTRPG about a long distance relationship that’s doomed to end. It’s a game about thinking that you’re the only person putting in effort to the relationship and how that assumption slowly brings it to an end.

Cryptid is played with a pack of dominoes, at times you’ll be asked to place them standing up, either in a line or in a shape of your choice. These dominoes are the complications within the relationship, the more there are, the more likely they will fall. The moment the dominoes begin to fall, the relationship has ended. They will fall.
